Children’s & Youth Ministry Requirements

• Criminal Background Check (PA)

• Child Abuse History Check (PA) 

• FBI background checks & fingerprinting are only required for those who have not resided in Pennsylvania consistently for the past 10 years. The fee for this will be reimbursed by the church. You will have to visit an approved fingerprint vendor.  Copy and paste code 1KG6ZJ into the appropriate box on this page to start the registration process.

• Training in recognizing and reporting suspected child abuse is mandatory. This takes about 3 hours to complete but can be stopped and started without losing your progress. Please give your certificate of completion to Kathy Eberly. Completion is not required to begin serving, but it should be completed as soon as possible.

Please give Kathy Eberly a hard copy of each report or certificate after completion.
